Recruiting expert and intercultural communication specialist
I’m German-Australian and I know how overwhelming it can be to build a career in a new country.
I’ve lived in Denmark and Australia and supported my South African partner in building a life in Germany. I know how lonely it can feel and how hard it is to get recognition for your skills and experience abroad.
During my studies, I focused on European identity and intercultural communication. I later worked as a flight attendant in international teams before becoming a recruiter supporting international professionals in the German job market.
That’s where I saw how often incredible talent gets stuck not because they’re not good enough, but because they’re not sure how to navigate the system.
